Something about government procurement in Ukraine

This article describes the characteristics of gov tender, tendering economic government tender, provides practical advice to enhance efficiency in government tenders.

In order to avoid of abuse in the market of gov tenders, to creation of competitive environment and to prevent corruption, the Government has introduced legislatorial mechanisms of regulation of tender process. Over the past five years, legislation and, accordingly, the rules in public procurement have changed several times. The existing law of gov tenders contains a provision on equal participation in procurement process, both domestic and foreign manufacturers, creating a competitive environment and providing efficient use of public finances.
